Back to school in the USA

I attended 'back to school' of my daughter's middle school.
For a while I had emotional feelings, because my station in life is changed before mine.

In my country it was hard work that I always had to explain, guide a changed education system to parents accurately. In the USA it looked like picnic. First parents in groups went to the auditorium, just listen to principal and then went to the class up to 11 period according to her schedule. Parents can meet with an academic teacher, science teacher, music teacher, physical teacher, counseller and math honor teacher in each classroom.

I had an effective time for about 2 hours, because it was not only a changed my station but also a different education system, a different language and a different race.

Although I couldn't understand entirely, I was satisfied to join back to school.
On the next time, I'll tell you about a difference of education system between my country and the U.S.A.

I've always enjoyed Back to School Night. Unfortunately, my daughter's current school doesn't have them. I'm not sure what you meant when you said, "I had an effective time." Could you explain exactly what you mean? Did you feel positive about the experience or negative?

Of course, it's positive meaning."I had an effective time" meant that I had such a useful time and I took a lot of interest!!!!!!!!!^*^
I'm home right now after working at the library. I also had an effective(?..!) time^*^
Have a good night!

We don't really use "effective" that way. Talk to me about it on Monday.
