What a gorgeous holiday it is!My daughter and I were very excited about American Thanksgiving Day because we had a great plan to trip to somewhere. We were going to travel to Boston & Rhode Island, but We had to change the plan because the sightseeing places in Rhode Island was closed during this holiday.
We got out of home early morning, arrived at Princeton University in NJ after 2 hours. My daughter always wanted to go Princeton University. Although most of stores was closed, there were lots of people including us at campus which has antique buildings, so we took pictures and had a lunch time comfortably in Starbucks. Maybe it seemed that she plans her wonderful future seriously.
And then, we started to West Point which the Military Academy is located, point of a beautiful view. On our way, the sun had set behind the Bear Mountain, it was a very beautiful scenery. After that, we drove to Woodbury Commons Premium Outlet because there were Midnight Madness Sales that almost popular brands offer. It was very interesting for us, we prefered participating and looking at Black Friday to buying something. we passed all night shopping.
My daughter was delighted to see with her own eyes from sunset to sunrise.
We were back home about 9 o'clock a.m.
We fell fast asleep as soon as taking a shower.
It was a special trip, but too tired for me.

Anyway, it was a wonderful trip and a sucessful independent life in the US.
Two days in my vacation still remain and smile to see me.

I was so excited to see your pictures. Before I read what you wrote, I said to myself, "That place looks familiar. It's Princeton!" That's the college I went to for my bachelor's degree. I'm glad you liked your visit there. I think both the town and campus are beautiful. It sounds like your daughter will be very qualified to attend based on what you've told me about her.
Your whole day sounds amazing. What a good and fun mother you are to give your daughter such a treat!
Oh, Yeah! I'm also glad to hear that you graduated Princeton. Your family including you are really smart family, so I envy you. In my country I used to visit SKY(like the IVY league in the US)University with my students. Then the visit gave students lots of courage, and they studied harder than before.
My daughter is very curious about your major in Princeton. I don't know why she loves only Princeton.
I was glad to meet three Jewish men in this trip, because all of them were very kind and delighted.
I majored in history and studied mostly American urban history. If your daughter has any questions for me, feel free to give her my email address. She can write and ask me questions. Of course, it's been a long time since I was in college...
Thank you so much!
My daughter is really delighted to read your comment. She is still too young. However, there is no doubt that you'll be the best guardian for Gabi^*^
